Responsibilities
Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction
Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
Explains features and demonstrates the operation of the vehicle in showroom or on a demonstration drive
Suggests optional equipment for customers to purchase
Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales to slip or sales contract
Arranges for delivery and registration of the vehicle
Researches availability of models and optional equipment
Engages in business development
Addresses customer concerns
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
The employee will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties and responsibilities upon the request of a supervisor

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude
Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Great organizational skills
The ability to multi-task, follow directions, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and positively defuse negative situations with customers
Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities
Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership and greet them promptly
Responsible for receiving incoming service calls
Schedule service appointments for customers in our service department
Answer inbound service calls
Respond to and follow up on all customer Internet inquiries via email
Make follow-up calls to customers
Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
Maintain CSI at or above company standards currently set by Stellantis
Being able to identify potential issues before they are a problem and report to Service Mgr
Confirm scheduled appointments
Help manage the Courtesy Transportation Program vehicles
Declined Services - Contact customers who have declined specific services relative to their vehicle
